Our Story
Our founders Nicola and Pooja have combined experience of 40+ years across a variety of sectors; Tech, Law, Media, Commercial, Strategy and Operations and Leadership development at Google, YouTube, Slaughter & May and ITV. We have a deep, first hand understanding of the pressures individuals and teams face in a scale up environment. When required we have an extensive network of coaches and advisors we can draw on.
Our passion lies in setting individuals and teams up for success, providing you & your teams with the insight and edge to succeed.
We have a range of programs from aligning the leadership team at the point of investment, to creating a vision with purpose and providing trusted frameworks to measure performance.
This may involve organisational role analysis, individual coaching, team coaching, Vision & Purpose setting or OKR (Objective, Key Results) workshops.
